Cause

The username or password is incorrect.

Resolution

To update the username or password...

1.) Click System

2.) Click Directories and Servers

3.) Click Active Directory

4.) Click Discovery

5.) Click the domain that is having the sync issue

6.) Once the screen refreshes, update/change the username and password fields

7.) Click on Save
