Server log contains:

[#41047] Unable to retrieve email content: content retrieval is disabled for this search for next 10 seconds
and
INFO [utilitynodes.healthcheck.RetrieverHealthCheck] (retrieverExecManager.RetrieverExecManager:) Start Services: [SC] StartService: OpenService FAILED 1060:

Cause

A specific ESA property may have been initially set incorrectly  

Excerpt from config\configs\default.properties:

##Properties to enable/disable utility tools
esa.utility.retrieval.enabled=FALSE
esa.utility.igc.enabled=true
esa.utility.stellent.enabled=true

The corrected properties...
## Properties to enable/disable utility tools
esa.utility.retrieval.enabled=true
esa.utility.igc.enabled=true
esa.utility.stellent.enabled=true

Resolution

This issue can be corrected as follows.  
  1. Make a copy of config\configs\default.properties
  2. Change the value esa.utility.retrieval.enabled=true
  3. Run Clearwell Utility Option 7   (Option 7 will stop services, adjust Clearwell configuration settings and restart services)

Issue/Introduction

In Analysis and Review, you  may receive this error, " #41047 Unable to retrieve email content; content retrieval is disabled for this search for the next 10 seconds "  in the message body area.
