Server.log file shows the following:-
Cause
This can occur when the amount of physical memory (RAM) in the eDiscovery appliance has been changed.
Resolution
Step 1 : Confirm if the amount of physical memory has changed.
Open up the file : :\CW\Installer\log\\cwinstall_b_cmd_install-services_.log
Search for actual physical memory
This should present the actual physical memory in the machine eg : [echo] esa.machine.memory = 64 GB
[echo] esa.machine.numcpu = 16
[echo] esa.machine.cputype = x64
[echo] actual # of cpu = 16
[echo] actual physical memory = 64 GB
Next check current memory
Right click My Computer and click Properties
This will show the current amount of RAM eg. Installed memory (RAM): 128GB
Step 2 : Rebuild the configuration to accept the change
1. Allow 30 minutes downtime for the rebuild
2. Ensure all jobs are completed
3. Ensure all users have logged out
4. On the appliance desktop double click the Clearwell Utility
5. Select Option 7 from the Clearwell Utility menu
6. Say Yes to stop the services
The reconfiguration will run
7. Say Yes to restart the services
8. Log back in and re-attempt the collections
