 [#10025] Message referred by a URN could not be retrieved

A corrupt email message (either inside a PST or as a standalone MSG file) will prevent the proper handling of the document during processing and export tasks.  The document will be indexed.  Since indexing does not use the same method to read the content of emails, that portion will succeed.  The issue occurs when handling the native version of the document for producing images or native views.  There are tools that can be used to check the integrity of the email message but Outlook is not a valid tool to use.

Correct the email message by exporting another copy from the original source and then ingest the new copy into the case as a new source data folder so that it can be processed as a duplicate.

Corrupt MSG files inside of a PST or as standalone files will not be able to be processed into Clearwell correctly nor will the export of those documents run successfully.
