How to exclude Enterprise Vault Shortcuts from collections and PST files

Cause
The Exchange collection task will collect Enterprise Vault shortcuts by default.
Resolution
To exclude the Enterprise Vault shortcuts from Processing a new property is available:
esa.crawler.mapi.msgTypeToSkip = IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut
- To add the property, follow the steps in article "How To Change ESA Configuration Settings (Property Browser)" Article link below.
- With this new property in place, values separated by commas can be added to exclude custom message classes.
- Note: The property must be configured on each eDP node in a cluster.
- After configuring the property an eDP Services restart must be performed for any changes to take effect. (CW Utility icon on the server desktop, Option #3 & Option #4.)
Issue/Introduction
Performing an Exchange Collection returns results which are Enterprise Vault shortcuts.
