How to find an archive from the Enterprise Vault (EV) Vault Entry ID

Once you have an Vault Entry ID, use the Find Archive/Archive folder function below:
 
1. Log on to the Vault Administration Console (VAC) with the Vault Service Account (VSA)

2. Drill down to Archives

3. Press and right-click on Archives (Figure 1)

4. Click on Find Archive/Archive Folder

5. Enter the Vault Entry ID in the Entry ID field and click Find (Figure 2)

Issue/Introduction

The Find Archive/Archive folder feature will be able to find an archive by name from the Enterprise Vault (EV) Vault Entry ID that corresponds to the archive.
