Possible corruption of the Outlook forms cache

1. Close Outlook.

2. Double-click on ResetEVClient.exe in \Enterprise Vault\EVClient directory. (See Related Documents section article 000081326)

3. Restart Outlook.

Archived messages are displayed with an "Unread mail" icon instead of an Enterprise Vault icon in Microsoft Outlook. The icon that is displayed for an archived item originates from the 'Enterprise Vault - Archived Item'  form. Therefore, check for the presence of Enterprise Vault forms in the Exchange Organizational Forms Library and that it is installed correctly, it could be a problem with the Outlook forms cache.
