Resolution
Ensure connectivity to the SQL server is working properly and databases are accessible.
1. Log onto the EV server and validate the System Data Sources from the ODBC Data Source Administrator under the System DSN tab. (Figure 1)

2. Remove any entries that are no longer valid.

3. Once these entries have been removed, reboot the EV server and this will clear the 13397 warnings.
