An error occured processing the external filter 'SelectiveJournal.SJFilter'. No more filters will be processed.

Resolution
In order to change the formatting to Unicode and have the filter apply, see steps below:
1. Stop the Journal Task
2. Open up the corresponding dat file for this filter in notepad (In this case the SelectiveJournal_config.dat file)
3. Choose 'SaveAs' from the File menu.
4. In the 'Encoding' drop down list choose 'UNICODE'.
5. Click Save
6. Click 'Yes' when asked if you want to replace the file
7. Restart the Journal Task
After this procedure has been carried out, the Selective Journaling filters defined are applied to messages being processed in the Journal mailbox.

Issue/Introduction
This error usually relates to the SelectiveJournal_config.dat file not being saved in UNICODE format, meaning that the Journal Service or Task cannot read the file. Any defined filters in this file are ignored and no more filter config files are processed if defined. Messages continue to be journaled without filtering applied.
