How to change the order of the Provisioning Groups within Enterprise Vault

To change the order of the Provisioning Groups, follow the steps below:
1) Right-click on Provisioning Group and select Properties. (Figure 1)

2. Within the Provisioning Group Properties dialog box the ordering of groups can be moved up and down. To ensure proper mailbox processing, place the whole exchange organization at the bottom of the provision group list. Enterprise Vault processes provisioning groups in the order they are listed in the Enterprise Vault Administration Console. (Figure 2)
