Resolution
1. From the Domino Administrator client, click the Configuration tab.
2. Click on All Server Documents to display the list of servers.
3. Edit the Domino Server document where the SSO will be configured.
4. On the Basic Tab, under 'Basics' change 'Load Internet configurations from Server\Internet Sites documents:' from Enabled to Disabled.
3. Click on Save & Close.
Continue to configure the SSO as detailed in the Enterprise Vault Installing and Configuring guide relevant to the version of Enterprise Vault installed.
Issue/Introduction
When trying to configure Single Sign On (SSO), the following shows up under the Settings Section:
"The section does not apply as "Load Internet configurations from Server\Internet Sites Documents" has been enabled."
