Cannot retrieve item. Report this error to your system administrator. Object reference not set an instance of an object.
When trying to "View Original Item' on the Review Messages pane within Compliance Accelerator (CA) or Discovery Accelerator (DA), the error above is generated. This can occur if the Storage device is not available.
1) Check the status of the Enterprise Vault (EV) Storage Service on the EV Server(s) controlling the Vault Store(s) associated with the item(s) to be viewed.
2) If the EV Storage Service status is not "Started", the start the service.
3) If the EV Storage Service status is 'Started", restart the EV Storage Service or reboot the server to resolve the issue.
