Lotus Notes Exception - The Address Book does not contain a cross certificate capable of validating the public key

Resolution

  1. In the Server Document/Security Tab of the Enterprise Vault Gateway server and Target Mail Server add the Enterprise Vault Admin to the following in the security document Sign agents to run on behalf of the invoker of the agent.

    Note : A restart of the Domino server is required for the changes to take effect.
     
  2. On the target mail server check the Sign agents to run on behalf of the invoker of the agent field and note whether the user is present.
     
  3. Sign the ev\evdomino.nsf with the id used to run EVInstall.nsf (also known as the signing id) and test the search function.
