Description
When the Exchange Provisioning Task is in Report Mode, additional users will not be 'provisioned' (added/changed), within Enterprise Vault.
1. Open the Vault Admin Console [VAC]
2. Navigate to the Enterprise Vault servers and select Tasks
3. Right-click the Exchange Provisioning Task => Properties
4. On the General tab, under Settings, confirm that "Run in report mode" is unchecked.
