This mailbox cannot be processed until the Exchange provisioning task has processed the corresponding user's details. Ensure that a provisioning group includes this user and run the provisioning task. To disable these warnings, set the HideMissingPolicyInfoErrors registry value to 1.

Under certain conditions, the Exchange Journal Archiving Task can create event ID 3357 errors even with the registry key HideMissingPolicyInfoErrors is set to a value of 1, see related article. While the HideMissingPolicyInfoErrors key does suppress such messages from the Enterprise Vault Provisioning task, there is currently no workaround to prevent the Journal Task from creating this message in the Enterprise Vault event log.
Enterprise Vault Corporation has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the current version(s) of the product(s).
There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a cumulative hotfix or service pack in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. This issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time, but is not scheduled for any release.
