Resolution
Scenario 1 - The Enterprise Vault Domino Gateway (EVDG) is not participating in single sign-on
To resolve this issue verify that the EVDG is added to the single sign-on token by performing the following steps:
1) Open the Domino Administrator.
2) Select the Configuration tab.
3) Select "All Server Documents".
4) Select "Web".
5) Select "View current configurations".
6) Expand Web SSO Configurations and then select the Web SSO configuration for EVLTPAToken.
7) Select "Edit Document".
8) Under the "Participating Servers" section ensure that the EVDG server name is included in the Domino Server Names field.
9) Select "Save and Close".
10) Ensure the document change is replicated across the Domino Domain.
11) Restart the HTTP server task on the EVDG.
12) Test and verify the issue no longer occurs.
Scenario 2 - The evdomino.nsf database is unsigned
To resolve this issue, sign the evdomino.nsf database with the appropriate signing ID.
1) Open the Domino Administrator.
2) Select the Files tab.
3) Open the EV folder.
4) Right-click the evdomino.nsf and choose Sign.
5) Uncheck "Update existing signatures only" and press OK.
6) Test and verify the issue no longer occurs.
