Cause
Backup jobs of Enterprise Vault FSA monitored volume can cause recall of files when bpbkar32.exe encounters EV placeholder files.
Resolution
First step in addressing this issue is to exclude the bpbkar32.exe process from recalling files by adding the process name to the EV exclude registry key.

If errors persist, in some cases the Antivirus application may need to be excluded from recalling as well. Please consult the Antivirus vendor software to determine which processes perform the file system scan and have it excluded in the registry by following the above article.
