The key information in the Dtrace is the Vault Store Status: Status 2 = Backup Mode
 
EV is running in Backup Mode and will not archive items. In the Enterprise Vault Administration Console right-click on <Site Properties> - Set State. Select Clear Backup Mode from all Vault Stores and Clear Backup Mode from all Index locations.
 
 

 

Issue/Introduction

A scheduled or manual run of one or more mailboxes results in no data being archived. The Message Queues and Event Viewer show no indication of the mailbox archiving.
