Event ID 41050 Mailbox archiving or provisioning operations

Resolution:
To resolve this issue, do the following:

 
1) Go to the Enterprise Vault server where Lotus Notes is installed.
 
2) In Windows Explorer, browse to the data directory of the Notes client.
 
3) Delete the cache.ndk file.
 
4) Retest the issue to verify that it is resolved.

Resolution:
 
1) Delete the cache.ndk file as above
 
2) Restart the server that contained the cache file that was deleted
 
3) Retest the issue to verify that the issue is resolved
