Details:
Checking the Access Control List on the corresponding Domino mailbox reveals : - No entry for Mailbox Owner Name
Checking the Permissions of the mailbox archive from the Vault Administration Console reveals : - No entry for Mailbox Owner Name
Solution :
To resolve this issue perform the following from the Domino Administrator Program :
1) Select File then Open Server and select the server where the mail file resides.
2) Access the Files Tab and then go into the mail folder.
3) Choose the Domino mailbox then right click select Access Control select Manage.
4) Add the Mailbox Owner Name and appropriate access (Manager, Editor, etc.)
5) At the Vault Administration Console:
Right click on Domino Provisioning Task, choose Properties, select the Synchronization Tab
6) Select Synchronize Individual Mailboxes, choose the mailbox(es) using either the Filter mailbox list or the List all available mailboxes.
7) Press OK.
8) Verify that the Mailbox owner's name has been added to the Permissions List of the archive.
