The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key that is used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content. (rsReportServerDisabled) Get Online Help
Bad Data. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090005)
Resolution
1. On the SQL server, in the SQL program's group, run the Reporting Services Configuration
2. Under the Encryption Keys section, click the delete button
3. On the Enterprise Vault server, in the Enterprise Vault program's group, run the Enterprise Vault Reports Configuration
4. Under Configuration Options, click on Reconfigure data access settings for Reporting
5. Under Reporting user account, enter the Enterprise Vault Reporting account
6. Specify the SQL Reporting Services Instance
7. Specify the Language
8. Specify the Directory Database SQL Server
9. Click Configure
