at KVS.Accelerator.Application.Vaults.Synchronize(ManualResetEvent stopEvent, Boolean updateOnlyVaultServers)
The above error is thrown into the Enterprise Vault Event Log on the Enterprise Vault (EV) Discovery Accelerator (DA) server. This is a warning that appears continuously in the event log if the EV server DNS alias that is specified in the DA Customer properties is no longer accessible.
If the alias on the EV server has changed in DNS, it must also be changed on each customer database on the EVBAADMIN web page.
1. Log onto the DA server as the Vault Service Account (VSA).
2. Access the EVBAAdmin site through an Internet Explorer browser session (i.e., https://localhost/EVBAAdmin ).
3. Expand the folder tree under the server name in the left panel, if not already expanded.
4. Right click on the CA Customer in the left panel.
5. Select the Properties option.
6. Correct the entry in the Directory DNS Aliases field.
7. Click the OK button at the bottom of the properties page to save the change and close the page.
8. Restart the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service (EVAMS) in the Services MMC Snap-in.
9. Once the new alias is applied, verify that the warning is no longer being logged.
