This error may appear in the server.log:WARN [processpool.muhimbi.MuhimbiSysCompServiceHelper] (pool-18-thread-1:) [#81003] Common services warning: Unable to locate ESA Imager IE tempfolder: "C:\Users\ESADocImager\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5" - The folder may not exist, but if does then please set esa.imaging.muhimbi.service.user.tempFolder.ie
Cause
The ESADocImager service account is lacking local administrative privileges, and/or the temporary internet files folder is missing.
Resolution
Provide the ESADocImager service account the local administrator privileges, and/or create the temporary internet files folder that may be reported in the error.
Issue/Introduction
The Muhimbi ESA Document Image Helper service is stuck in the starting state, and the Clearwell Commander says START_PENDING for Image Helper.
The Muhimbi process repeatedly starts up, gathers some memory, and then shuts off.
