The amount of characters in total for the email address length and necessary additional parameters exceeds the storage in the database field.

This error occurs when more than 600 Custodians have been selected.
Solution : Create multiple tasks using less than 600 custodians per task.

Error : [#422224] Could not update task 0.12.3.45
This error occurs where the email addresses of employees have longer than expected average lengths, or when using custodians, the total length of the email addresses for the custodian is used and exceeds the average.
The maximum is 600 Custodians with an average 1 email address with a length of 46 characters. For larger average lengths, or multiple emails refer to the table below for the maximums

Solution : Create multiple tasks using less custodians per task.
