Cannot search archive as directory
This is usually due to an incorrect Directory DNS Alias being entered in the CA or DA Customer's properties in the EVBAAdmin administration website.
Follow these steps to ensure the Directory DNS Aliases in the EVBAAdmin administration website is correct:
1. Browse to the EVBAAdmin website using an account with administrative permissions. By default, the Vault Service Account (VSA) has these permissions. The EVBAAdmin URL is usually https://
2. Right-click the Customer virtual directory at the top left corner and select Properties.
3. Enter the correct Directory aliases for the EV server(s) in the Directory DNS Aliases field.
4. Save the changes.
5. Restart the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service (EVAMS).
