A Dtrace of StorageRestore shows the following error:

Resolution

This is a problem with the underlying MSMQ system on which EV depends. Uninstall and reinstall the MSMQ feature using the instructions in the related document below.

 

 

Issue/Introduction

When a user attempts to restore an archived item, the icon changes to pending but then reverts immediately to the shortcut icon.
