Failed to list the archives for the vault store
Reason: Unidentified error [0x80040E14]
Cause
This error occurs when the wizard is run on an Enterprise Vault (EV) server that is not running the storage service for the chosen vault store. This is only the case when there are multiple EV servers.
Resolution
1. Right-click > Properties on the vault store that was selected in the wizard
2. Take note of the Computer name listed on the General tab
3. Log onto the server from the previous step and run the import wizard
Issue/Introduction
When running the PST Import Wizard and choosing the Vault Store, the error might occur 'Failed to list the archives...'
