Cause
When the Mailbox Archiving Tasks are configured to use an account other than the Vault service account and the Storage Service computer that hosts the user archive is remote this error may be reported. The account specified in Log On tab of the the Archiving Task Properties must have appropriate permission to write to the MSMQs on the Storage Service computer.
Resolution
Add the account that is used for Log on for the Archiving Tasks to the Local Administrators group on the Storage Service Computer.
Issue/Introduction
During scheduled and run now archiving Event ID 6410 errors are recorded and nothing is archived from mailboxes.
