Server is in the process of being upgraded.
This error can occur when the Client attempts to connect to a CA or DA Customer Database when the Server has been upgraded and the Customer Database has not been upgraded, or while the Customer Database is in the process of being upgraded.
1. If the Server has been upgraded but the Customer Database has not been upgraded:
- Log onto the CA or DA Server as the Vault Service Account.
- Browse to the EVBAAdmin web page, usually located at http://localhost/evbaadmin.
- Click on the Customer and review the Current Status section. This will list the previous version of the Accelerator product.
- Right-click on the customer > Properties. Click on the Upgrade button and follow step 2 below to monitor the upgrade through completion.
2. If the Customer Database is in the process of being upgraded, monitor the upgrade through completion and then connect to the Accelerator Customer via the Client. To monitor the Database Upgrade:
- Log onto the CA or DA Server as the Vault Service Account.
- Browse to the EVBAAdmin web page, usually located at http://localhost/evbaadmin.
- Click on the Customer name and monitor the "Current Status' section. This section will list the upgrade status. When the upgrade is complete, the following will be seen:
