Cause
Microsoft Outlook calls Enterprise Vault Add-In when a user deletes shortcut(s), but doesn't call Enterprise Vault Add-In when AutoArchive deletes shortcut(s) and that Enterprise Vault Add-In can't know these shortcuts are deleted.
Workaround: Veritas recommend to disable Outlook's AutoArchive function.
Resolution
This is a limitation caused by Microsoft Outlook's API design.
Applies To
Enterprise Vault for Microsoft Exchange.
Some users use Microsoft Outlook's AutoArchive function.
