Error Message
IIS Logs will have a 401 2 Unauthorized error.
Cause
The EMC Celerra was configured with the Enterprise Vault Service Account for the connection without the AD domain information.
Resolution
When creating the HTTP connection on the EMC Celerra/VNX, enter the Vault Service Account in the format shown below:
Domain/VaultServiceAccount Note: it is necessary to use the "/" in when specifying the user parameters.
Issue/Introduction
Unable to recall files or open them from an EMC Celerra/VNX CIFS share configured for archiving in Enterprise Vault.
