Cause
1. One of the index files can not be accessed due to IndexVolume corruption.
2. The size cap of 2GB on these reporting files is not being obeyed by Velocity.
Resolution
Upgrade EV servers to 10.0.3 as the upper file limit of 2GB for daily and monthly files has been implemented.
Issue/Introduction
Daily and Monthly files in the Velocity System Reporting folder (\Enterprise Vault\EVIndexing\data\indexmetadata\reporting\system-reporting) grow without an upper limit until the all available free disk space is consumed.
