Cause
The DI server was unable to connect to AD domain controller to perform the scan.
Resolution
Verify that the credential used to connect to the AD domain controller is valid.
Issue/Introduction
The Data Insight (DI) console Events log displayed a message stating the Active Directory (AD) scan failed.
