MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER
Cause
Error MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER indicated the account being used does not have the permissions to create the MAPI connection.
Resolution
Add the Source Account that is used to collect from the Exchange Server, with read permissions to the required mailbox or Administrator privileges to collect from any Exchange mailbox.
Issue/Introduction
Clearwell collections is unable to gather emails from certain mailboxes in Exchange.
