Resolution

Follow these steps to change the maximum export PST and NSF sizes.

For PST Files:
By default, Clearwell uses 500 MB as the PST size limit. To configure the maximum file size limit:
  1. From the System > Support Features screen, select the Property Browser support feature.
  2. Set the esa.pstexport.max_file_size system property to the desired size. For example: Change the maximum PST size when exporting to 1 GB (1024 MB).
  3. In the New value (leave blank to remove) field, enter 1024.
  4. Select the option Confirm change. Are you sure?
  5. Click Submit. This is a dynamic change and will apply when the next export job is executed.

For NSF Files:

To change the maximum file size limit for NSF files, use the same procedure as for PST files (above) to set the esa.jnsfexport.rollover.max_file system property to the desired value. This is a dynamic change and will apply when the next export job is executed.
