Error Message

This is usually the case when the Load File data contains an invalid DocID and/or prefix.

When the Doc ID and prefix are invalid, this is relative to what the user has already specified using the Load File Import Tool.

For example, if the user has already specified that the prefix should be ABC123 - and the column contains documents with a prefix of EFG456- then this error will occur. Check the information that is set in the LFI tool and compare it with what is already in the load file - use the preview window in the Load File Import tool to determine its format. If multiple types of prefix or Doc ID are found in the load file, specify more than one prefix in the LFI tool.
