Cause
In some circumstances, the retriever accounts and EsaApplication service are out of synch.
Resolution
Restarting the services using the Clearwell Utility (Option 3 and then 4) will resolve this issue.
Issue/Introduction
The user has recently processed data but when they attempt to review it they are unable to. Upon doing so they get the following error message:
