Cause
This issue is caused by a PST size limitation on the Outlook client in the Enterprise Vault server.
The PST size limitation is controlled by the registry key MaxLargeFileSize. The default value for this key is 20GB for Outlook 2007 and 50GB for Outlook 2013. This key can be found (if it already exists) in the following registry path:
- Outlook 2007: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\PST
- Outlook 2013: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\PST

Resolution
In the PST Export wizard, check the box Limit the size if the individual destination PST files to and set it to an amount lower than the limit set by the registry key. This will split the export into several PST files if the total export size exceeds the amount set.
