Error in function: dAddPortMonitor, Error code: 1722

Cause

The Windows Print Spooler Services has been disabled or is not started.

Resolution

Restart the Print Spool services, the installation for IGC will continue. Field experience has shown that re-running the IGC software following the starting of the Spooler service is not necessary but please check the relevant settings.

When the user attempts to re-install the IGC imaging software on the eDiscovery appliance, they might encounter an error during the installation process
