The system has decided that the sources presented were already reviewed for processing and so the system will pass by the particular source from processing consideration. The steps below will reset the indexing task.
- Navigate to Pre-processing options
- Uncheck all of the source boxes
- Check the box of the problem source
- Change the processing options > date range
- Click Apply
- Click Set to Most Inclusive Options (or the options as desired)
- Click Apply
- Re-process the source without discovery

The Clearwell system has processed a volume of sources but there is still a small amount of sources listed as to be processed.
A processing job has been run on these sources multiple times but there is no progress being made to the data listed as to be processed.
