[#280000] License Error: A license of the name: has already been installed.
Resolution
On the eDiscovery Appliance:
- Stop all eDiscovery services using option # 3 from the Clearwell Utility on the appliance desktop.
- Run “b clean-license” from a command line in (i.e. D:\CW\v95)
- Copy the .slf licenses (SO_.zip) file from D:\CW\Installer\Distributions to D:\CW\vXX\license\current
- Run option # 7 (Build Incremental Configuration Changes) from the Clearwell Utility.
- Start eDiscovery services using option # 4 from the Clearwell Utility.
Issue/Introduction
When trying to import a license in the form of a .slf file the below error is observed, other symptoms include the service tag is blank in the UI.
