Resolution
- Perform the following steps to add the root certificate to the list of authorities in Firefox:
- At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, and then click Options.
- In the Options window, click Advanced.
- Click View Certificates.
- In the Certification Manager window, click the Authorities tab, and then click Import.
- Browse to and then open the root certificate.
- Perform the following steps to add the Enterprise Vault server to the list of trusted sites in Firefox:
- In the Firefox address bar, type about:config.
- Search for network.automatic.
- Double-click network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris, and then enter the address of the Enterprise Vault server (for example, https://ev.domain.local).
- Restart Firefox.
Issue/Introduction
The Enterprise Vault Office Mail App for OWA 2013 displays an error in Mozilla Firefox when the Enterprise Vault server is not listed as a trusted domain.
