Windows ERROR:5; Access is denied

Cause

The eDiscovery source account used to access the share lacks proper permissions to the network share location.

Resolution

1. Verify NTFS / permissions for the source account have Read and Write permissions on the network share directory.

2. Verify the system time on the eDP appliance and the network share server is not more than 10 seconds apart.

Note: This will involve syncing the eDP server and/or network file server with the official domain time.
