It is possible to copy the saved searches between cases on the same appliance. There is a support feature called "Saved Search importer" which allows saved searches to be copied between cases. However this feature is not publicly exposed and is part of the Advanced Support features which requires the assistance of Veritas eDiscovery Platform Support. Please contact Support and a Technical Support Engineer will be happy to assist.

Please note that the saved searches have to be in the "shared" folder.
