This occurs when a CAB file is corrupt and cannot be opened. Double-clicking the CAB will result in error: “cannot open the cabinet file”
1. Restore a known good copy of the CAB referenced in the error from a backup
2. If a restore is not possible and a 3rd party tool to fix the corrupt CAB does not work, contact EV support for assistance with running EVSVR to remove the referenced entries in the vault store database
Note: There may be 3rd party tools to fix the corrupt CAB which if done is outside the scope of support.
