ERROR 4350 (0x000010FE) Copying File XXXXXXX.DOC - The remote storage service was not able to recall the file
Cause
There are pre-requisites to using Robocopy for copying Placeholders that could complicate the process. Therefore it is not recommended to use Robocopy.
Resolution
Use FSAUtility to move the placeholders. Refer to Related Article 000010966 for information on the use of Robocopy and FSAUtility.
Issue/Introduction
While using Robocopy to copy Placeholders, the following error is generated:
