EV will work with Microsoft SQL on ports other than 1433. If it is necessary to use a port other than 1433 for SQL when installing EV, please use the following syntax in the deployment scanner and installer:
 
host.domain.com.au,2000
 
Note: Enter the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the SQL server and then the port number as shown. In the example, 2000 is the TCP port that SQL is listening on.
