Resolution
Note: Always proceed with caution when making adjustments to any EV SQL table(s). It is advised that a backup is done before making such changes.
1. Perform a backup of the SQL database.
2. Open SQL Enterprise Manager.
3. Expand Databases, expand EnterpriseVaultDirectory, expand Tables.
4. Click EVDominoServer table and open table.
5. Verify the entry only contains the valid name for the EV Domino Gateway server.
Note: If there are multiple entries in this table delete the invalid entries(incorrect server name)
6. Restart Enterprise Vault services and re-run the provisioning task
