Unable to query the status of a vault service.
Service: Enterprise Vault Directory Service.
Error: The RPC server is unavailable.
Cause
One common cause is a missing EV Alias name from Domain Name System (DNS).
Resolution
1. Check the DNS server for a CNAME Alias entry for the EV server.
Note: This entry should map to the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the host name of the EV server.
2. Once this has been corrected, flush the DNS cache on the EV server and try again.
