Resolution
1. Log onto the EV server running the EV Storage Service and the CA/DA server as the Vault Service Account (VSA)
2. Open Task Manager
3. Sort the Processes by memory usage, with the largest memory usage on top
4. Review the processes using the most memory for any process that may have a known memory leak
5. Stop any application that the check in Step 4 reveals to have a memory leak
6. Navigate to Control Panel | System | Advanced | Environmental Variables | Edit User variables for VSA
7. Move the VSA TEMP and TMP folders to a local hard drive with over 40 gig available free space
8. Restart the server to complete the change in the folders' locations
9. Change the export folder path to a larger drive per

Overview:
Enterprise Vault (EV) Compliance Accelerator (CA) and Discovery Accelerator (DA) export operations can fail on specific messages with the error shown above. Low memory resources can be a result from lack of disk space, memory leaks, or several concurrent running programs.
